This is my favorite page!  It's fan manga like this that make me think Cora-san would be great as a teacher's aid or a social worker at an orphanage or foster home.  It's not easy putting up with little ankle biters, especially when they come from broken homes, abusive parent-child relationships, or being the only survivor of family trauma.   I could never do this, so it's fair to say I have a massive amount of admiration seeing Cora-san in action, even if I know he's far from a saint.
